What it means to place a pre-order
Placing a pre-order means you're securing a product before it's officially available for shipment. These are typically new or restocking items currently in production or in transit to our facility. By pre-ordering, you guarantee that your order will be fulfilled as soon as stock is available.
How does the pre-order process work?
When you place a pre-order, your position in the fulfillment queue is secured based on the time we receive your payment. All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This helps us accurately allocate incoming inventory and plan shipments accordingly.
Who can pre-order from Absolute CNC?
Anyone can pre-order whether you're a retail customer, a returning buyer, or a wholesale partner. No special membership or account status is required to reserve products.
How can I tell if a product is available for pre-order?
Products eligible for pre-order will show a Pre-Order button on their product page. You can simply add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process like any other purchase.
Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. This secures your place in line and ensures youll receive the product once it arrives.
When will my pre-ordered item ship?
As soon as your pre-ordered item arrives at our facility and is ready to go, we will pack and ship it to the address provided during checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details. If there are any updates or delays regarding availability, well reach out to keep you informed.
Can I split an order with pre-order and in-stock items?
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock products sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
Important Pre-Order Policy for Mufflers
Please note: Pre-orders for mufflers are non-cancelable until the product has arrived in stock. Once these items are in our warehouse, you may contact us to request a cancellation or modification, if needed. This policy ensures proper inventory allocation for high-demand parts.
